Esther — Courage for Such a Time
Book of Esther
Introduction
Esther was a young Jewish woman living in exile who became queen of Persia — and then risked everything to save her people from genocide. Her story never mentions God by name, and yet His fingerprints are on every page. Esther reminds us that God places us exactly where we are for reasons we may not understand yet, and that courage isn't the absence of fear — it's the decision to act despite it.
