Introduction
Spiritual warfare sounds dramatic, but Paul's picture is simple: you're in a fight, and you need the right equipment. The good news is the fight was already won before you put anything on.
The armor Paul describes protects what matters most — your mind, your heart, your footing — and it's not a fight you face alone.

Ephesians 6:16–17
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
